The event area in Hall B4 from Wednesday to Friday – starting on the second trade fair day:
- Individualized free career counseling by experienced HR experts
- Resume photo shooting: Interested applicants receive a voucher for a free professional resume photo that will be taken right on site and can be downloaded after the exhibition.
- Table top representation of participating companies presenting themselves on individual days. This is where job seekers get in touch with companies as they align with company representatives and HR managers. A perfect opportunity to learn all about job profiles, ca-reer opportunities, and the companies themselves, of course.
- Compact presentations including company pitches and keynotes covering job and career aspects such as engineer salaries or the ef-fects of AI on the recruitment/application process (Wednesday to Friday from 10:00 to 11:30)

Our job exchange makes your job offers available in our automatica online exhibitor directory and in the automatica App. They are also published on ingenieur.de, the VDI Verlag’s TechCareerNews portal. In addition, the job ads are posted on the job board at the career now event area in Hall B4.

Visibility in the career now event area
The event area is located in Hall B4 right next to the Start-up Arena. In addition to the job board, it comprises the VDI stand with its Check Point as a first port of call for interested engineers, rooms for career counseling, the photography area, and a lounge for relaxed networking with up to 16 table tops occupied by participating companies. Table tops are booked on a ‘first come first served’ basis for one trade fair day (Wednes-day through Friday). The morning presentation program is hosted on the adjacent Start-up Stage.

- Stand construction: Steel frame base element, wooden wall elements, carpet
- Graphics: Logo image (42 cm x 100 cm) incl. daily installation/deinstallation
