With pre-designed participation modules and standardized floor plans, automatica sprint offers its exhibitors uncomplicated stand solutions that are both practical and flexible – and allow significantly reduced lead times. After all, a sprint is anything but a marathon.

The agility and dynamism of automatica sprint is also evident in its stand construction concept, which is just as accessible and flexible as the new hall floor plans. For exhibitors, the standardized participation modules and compact stand types mean attractive fixed prices and generous cancellation options, while visitors benefit from greater freedom of movement and better orientation. Put together, this creates an open atmosphere for everyone.

The participation modules are available in different sizes and each space can be individually designed within a fixed framework. This offer is complemented by optional additional services relating to utilities, furniture, catering and storage facilities. The layout is planned by the automatica team, however, requests for proximity to other exhibitors will be considered as much as possible. Please note: Co-exhibition options are not available, i.e. joint stands are not possible.

And because some things may not go back to being predictable this year, exhibitors can cancel their participation free of charge up to 2 months before the event.

automatica sprint – the flat online participation fee.

In order to adequately represent the entire automatica sprint marketplace on a digital platform, a mandatory online participation fee will be charged to all exhibitors.

The online participation fee includes a basic entry on the digital automatica sprint platform and additional communication services. Additional digital advertising options can be ordered at attractive rates.

All registrations for automatica sprint cover both the automatica sprint 2021 exhibition and its digital platform automatica sprint online 2021. Only exhibitors who take part in the online event can also take part in the in-person exhibition.

Registration forms for automatica sprint will become available in February 2021. We will separately contact all automatica 2020 exhibitors for this purpose.

Hall floor plan

Three longitudinal axes – indicated here by orange carpeting – divide the hall and ensure easy orientation. Central networking areas with catering facilities and a content hub in the middle of the hall are located on these axes. The hall provides exhibitor presentation areas from 50 to 200 m². The table tops on the left end of the hall and our 20 m² presentation areas in the eight nooks are attractive low-cost alternatives. Meeting rooms and storage rooms with lockers are also available there. The bistros are located on the right end of the hall.
