Everyone has a different focus, which is why there are many different ticket variations available for munich_i Summit. And of course they come in different price categories – depending on target groups and scope of services.

However different the tickets may be – they all have one thing in common: They are hybrid, i.e. they include both the in-person event on site and online participation via our digital platform, so you can plan your munich_i visit with maximum flexibility. In addition, every munich_i ticket also includes a four-day ticket for automatica 2022, the leading exhibition for smart automation and robotics. For you this means even more knowledge transfer and networking.

Offers for early bookers and universities

By the way: It pays to be quick – ticket availability and pricing are subject to change as the event approaches. You can get the best value as a ‘first mover’ if you book by May 9, 2022, followed by ‘early birds’ booking by May 25, 2022. Besides our regular tickets , we also offer discounted tickets for members and staff of universities, colleges, and research institutions, as well as for Bachelor, Master and PhDs.

A corresponding identification is required at the time of purchase, which makes personalized ticketing necessary for these special quotas. We expect that many technical departments will want to invite their students and staff to attend the Summit – and request to use internal reimbursements or payment methods used by the institution, such as credit card, Giropay, or PayPal, in such cases.

Invitation to the state reception

We are pleased to add an exclusive program highlight to the top-class Hightech Summit: the state reception hosted by our patron, the Bavarian Minister President Dr. Markus Söder. The reception, which will take place the evening before the Summit in the Munich Residenz Palace’s Imperial Hall, will include a formal gala dinner and provide plenty of opportunities for personal discussions and networking. Please choose the summit ticket incl. gala dinner/reception or the separate dinner ticket without summit participation during the booking process.

About the booking procedure:

All bookings are made by registration with our online ticket shop – the sooner, the cheaper. You choose not to or are unable to participate in person, but you would like to participate online? You will receive an activation e-mail from us containing your personalized access to the digital platform one week before the event starts.

Separate or additional dinner tickets can be booked via the Protocol Department of Messe München for € 160 incl. VAT. As an automatica exhibitor you will receive a preferential price of EUR 120 per person. Invoicing for automatica exhibitors is via final invoice, for other interested parties against invoice.
