The time left before automatica 2025 is a challenge? Not with our last minute offers providing spontaneous exhibitors with a convincing trade fair presence—stand construction included. Our FIX20 stand package—a complete and easily available 20 m² row stand—provides you with a particularly quick and convenient experience. FLEX16+ comes with footprints from 16 to 50 m² and provides greater flexibility in terms of size and equipment. Our stand construction partner meplan will plan and implement it for you. What both offers have in common: A representative stand height of three meters, quick implementation, and, most importantly: no budget surprises.
Included services:
- Stand space: 20 m² row stand (5 m width x 4 m depth)
- Stand construction: Walls with decorative cuts forming 5 sections, wall panels made of plastic-coated white wood walls, 3 m total height, 1 lockable cabin (1 x 1 m), Rips carpet incl. protective film, choice of colors
- Furnishings: 1 lockable info counter (100 x 50 x 100 cm) with 1 bar stool, 1 round sitting table (70 x 70 cm) with 4 upholstered chairs, 1 recycle bin
- Lettering: 30 letters (2 x 15 pcs)

FLEX16+
Price depends on area size/equipment
Representative stand construction with an attractive design, which is flexible in terms of both size and equipment—subject to availability of space. Our stand construction partner meplan will implement your stand and ensure organizational support, budgeting without surprises, and reliable implementation. Optional additional services—such as utilities or furniture—are available upon request and complete the offer.
We have compiled a list (see FLEX16+ list of areas) of all available areas and highlighted them with a FLEX16+ mark in our interactive hall plan. Once your booking of the desired stand area (assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis) is complete, meplan will reach out to you and provide support from planning all the way to implementation. To minimize your effort associated with this offer, we take care of booking your electrical connection and cleaning service—thus saving you time and separate ordering processes in the Exhibitor Shop.
The final price for FLEX16+ includes the stand fee (participation fee), any technical services, a flat stand construction fee per square meter, as well as the individual costs for furnishings and equipment.
Stand space: Flexible booking options for row, corner or end stands with footprints from 16 to 50 m2 as per the participation fee.
Technical services: Main electrical connection incl. consumption and stand cleaning (will be adjusted against advance payment for services).
Stand construction: for a fixed rate of 120 EUR/m²
