The exhibitor online registration requests data that we need for the placement and planning of the exhibition halls. Please use only common browsers such as Edge, Chrome and Safari.

You are a main exhibitor and would like to register co-exhibitors for your booth?

  • Once you have finalized the main exhibitor application, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of the application request. This e-mail will also contain the individualized application link that you need to register your co-exhibitors.
  • This application link is also available in the automatica application portal. Under “My applications”, you can view your submitted application. Select the “Co-exhibitor” icon under “Actions” to find the link to apply your co-exhibitors. Copy this into your browser to complete the application form.
  • If you have applied as an exhibitor for various events of Messe München, please make sure that you select the automatica application.
  • The co-exhibitor fee is € 1,150 per registered co-exhibitor.

Co-exhibitors still need to apply through the main exhibitor. The main exhibitor receives an appropriate link which can be used to apply as co-exhibitor on his stand. To receive this link, please contact your main exhibitor.

Cancellation regulations for automatica 2023

In the run-up to automatica 2022, we made the cancellation regulations for our exhibitors particularly generous due to uncertainties associated with the coronavirus pandemic. Now that we've all adjusted to the new normal, Messe München will go back to the pre-pandemic cancellation regulations in 2023:

In the event that an exhibitor cancels its participation without being entitled to do so, Messe München GmbH will invoice the participation fee (cost of the stand space) if the stand space is left empty during the event.

To the extent that Messe München GmbH re-lets the stand space concerned to another exhibitor, who would otherwise have not been placed elsewhere, the exhibitor shall pay according to the General Terms of Participation A, A5 "Cancellation of contract", 25 % of the participation fee as flat-rate compensation for expenses incurred by Messe München GmbH.
