Lucas Manassés is a Project Manager and Research Associate at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and Production Engineering (WZL) of RWTH Aachen University, working in the Sensing & Robotics department under the Chair of Intelligence in Quality Sensing (IQS). He leads the Manufacturing and Robotics verticals in the TARGET-X project and contributes to industrial initiatives involving mobile robotics based on the Robot Operating System (ROS 2). His PhD research explores embodied AI agents for adaptive and intuitive human-robot collaboration in assembly.
