The 54th edition of ISR Europe will take place on Monday, June 20, 2022, and Tuesday, June 21, 2022, its scientific focus making it a perfect addition to the supporting program of automatica 2022.

The world's leading robotics conference
The “International Symposium on Robotics” (ISR Europe) is not only one of the oldest, but also the world's leading robotics conference - and a close partner of the leading trade fair for intelligent automation and robotics. Organized by VDMA Robotics + Automation and the Information Technology Society in the VDE (ITG), the English-language conference offers insights into the latest technologies—with exciting insights on industry and research trends.
For the ISR 2022, the organizers are planning a special event together with the Scientific Society for Assembly, Handling and Industrial Robotics (MHI), as they are celebrating their 10th anniversary at the same time in Munich and supporting the conference as a technical co-sponsor. The traditional Conference Gala Dinner will be complemented by the MHI festivities in the presence of esteemed guests from politics, business and robotics research.
The topics? Everything that moves the industry.
In two conference tracks and a poster session over two days, the ISR Europe 2022 will offer an insight into state-of-the-art robot technologies to participants from both industry and research. Selected conference topics include Modeling, Planning and Control, as well as Components and Technologies or Future Industrial and Service Robotics Applications. The highlight of the robotics conference marks the presentation of the IERA Award and the announcement of the nominees for the Joseph F. Engelberger Award - one of the world's most important industry awards.
