No matter where you looked and whom you asked: Visitors at automatica 2022 perceived the world's leading exhibition for smart automation and robotics as an emotional event rather than just another business appointment. The lively exchange and large number of content faces provided an idea of what the statistics would confirm later: 99 percent gave the exhibition a good, very good, or excellent rating. And the likelihood of attendants to recommend the exhibition remains high after four years without in-person events: Eight out of ten exhibitors would recommend the exhibition to business partners and colleagues.
Our exhibitors and visitors agree: Their commitment to the fair was worthwhile. Our 2022 Participant Survey did an impressive job of confirming that. It was conducted by the independent research institute GMM Gelszus Messe-Marktforschungs GmbH.
62 percent of visitors attested to the fact that automatica’s significance will continue to increase during the next few years, 37 percent assume that its importance will remain the same.
According to our exhibitors and visitors, the most important thing about automatica is establishing new business ties. Something we do particularly well: 80 percent of our exhibitors and 92 percent of our visitors said that they were very satisfied with the new contacts that they had made.
