Complex planning is a thing of the past: Our ready-to-use stand modules enable you to flexibly realize your representation at automatica with ease. We have developed different options that let you participate without handling stand construction or budgetary surprises.
Our popular prefabricated stand modules have been upgraded and will offer more space for graphic elements in the future, making your branding even more striking. The necessary infrastructure can be discreetly stored in a recessed cabinet—our added bonus.
It pays to be quick: bookings with preferred locations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Entrance hall A6 or robotics hall A4? Simply indicate your preferred location when you register. Not sure whether our all-inclusive packages are right for you? Take our quick check.

If you answered "yes" to at least one of these questions, we recommend the following all-inclusive packages, which can be further customized with optional extras ranging from technology to furniture:
- Stand module L 36 m² PLUS ensures high visibility with its wide 9 m protruding front, offering more than 12 m² of graphic space and room for exhibits. A screen is included for your presentations. Another practical feature is the recessed 4 m² cabin.
- The M 18 m² PLUS stand module with a 4.5 m cantilevered front and more than 7 m² of graphics is ideal for exhibitors with small exhibits.
- The S 9 m² PLUS stand module offers you a complete, space-optimized stand with a wide front for a small investment.

Placement of the stand modules
Four niches for stand modules are planned for automatica 2027 in Hall A6. One is planned for Hall A4. The rule is "first come, first served."
The hall and site plans for automatica 2025 serve as a guide. Please note that these are subject to change for automatica 2027.

Building on sustainability
In order to make our exhibition stand construction as sustainable as possible, we have established a measurable and certified system with our partner myclimate . This system takes into account not only the materials used, but also all components in the supply chain that are relevant to planning and implementation. What makes a sustainable exhibition stand with woodï stand construction materials produced in a resource-efficient manner:
- modular design
- Material planning by woodï (exception: lighting systems/logo boards)
- Use of WYE furniture (circular design/recyclable products)
- recyclable carpet from Rewind
- Smart logistics/storage of components directly at the Munich exhibition center
- Use of seedlings instead of conventional rental plants (forest planting after use)
