Application for automatica sprint has started – offering the community concrete opportunities to finally get together again and exchange ideas. In contrast to automatica, the leading exhibition to take place in June 2022, the new event format is designed to be compact and agile, so that it can react to infection rate developments with great flexibility. Our aspiration: To make it as easy as possible for you as an automatica sprint exhibitor, which is why we have streamlined our registration process.
Together we are strong. This makes it all the more important to register quickly so that we can use the little time we have to start stand allocations on March 15, 2021 and turn automatica sprint into a success story shared between you and us. Due to the late due date for payments at the end of April and the option of cancelling your participation in the in-person trade fair free of charge eight weeks before the event starts, you do not have to worry about committing your budget unnecessarily in these uncertain times of the pandemic.
Application always covers both event formats: In-person trade fair and digital platform. Legally, two contracts are initiated simultaneously as part of your online exhibitor application A non-refundable online participation fee of EUR 1,150.00 will be charged for participation in the digital platform. In return, we offer you the opportunity to cancel your participation in the automatica sprint in-person trade fair free of charge up to eight weeks before the event starts. Please note: The participation fee for the automatica sprint trade fair will not become due until the end of April.
You are admitted to the automatica sprint digital platform as soon as you receive your invoice for the online participation fee. Payment of the online participation fee is a precondition for your admission to the automatica sprint trade fair.
Stand allocation will start on March 15, 2021. Of course we will try our best to allocate your preferred stand location to you and will inform you about your stand location as soon as possible. To make it easier for everyone, sending out placement proposals and formal placement confirmations will be omitted.
The online participation fee will not be refunded if the in-person trade fair is cancelled. You will still be a participant on the digital platform.
Regarding the automatica sprint trade fair, we offer you the opportunity to cancel your participation subject to a compensation for expenses depending on the time of cancellation. This compensation is primarily intended to cover services already rendered and third-party costs. It will be charged as follows:
until April 26, 2021: free of charge
until May 10, 2021: 30% of the participation fee for your module
until May 30, 2021: 60% of the participation fee for your module
after May 30, 2021: 90% of the participation fee for your module
In the event that Messe München GmbH cancels the automatica sprint in-person trade fair after April 27, 2021, a compensation for expenses of 25% of the participation fee for your module will be charged.
Due to the event concept, some modules have limited availability – all the more reason to make a quick decision.
