With the switch from a hybrid concept to an online-only format, our new digital platform is taking center stage at automatica sprint. On the one hand, it acts as an industry showcase, meeting point and dialog forum with an attractive supporting program; on the other hand, it offers each exhibitor an individual stage to present themselves: a digital brand room.
Thanks to its digital platform, automatica sprint has unlimited reach and is easily accessible to all target groups. But above all, it serves as a global stage for exhibitors to generate new international contacts. What else does it offer? Apart from matchmaking, networking and streaming, it also offers a subject-specific supporting program. The munich_i high-tech summit is a special highlight that all visitors to the digital platform can join and interactively participate in free of charge. This is our way to create additional momentum and reach new target groups – to your benefit as an exhibitor.

To participate in the automatica sprint digital platform you need to pay your online participation fee of EUR 1,150. You will receive the login data shortly afterwards.
The automatica sprint digital platform will be hosted from June 22 to 24, 2021 – with a variety of interactive elements and program highlights such as the munich_i Summit. Your personal digital brand room is a key component of the digital platform. It will go online three weeks before the event and remain available for at least six weeks after that – with an option to extend.
The digital brand rooms are the very heart of the automatica sprint digital platform – offering a contemporary alternative to virtual exhibition stands and traditional exhibitor catalog entries. This is where company profiles – e.g. relevant key facts, contacts, links, images and videos – are posted and entries in the automatica product and industry sector directory are made.
In addition, the online participation fee includes access to a video chat function during the exhibition, an export function for your contacts, a social media booklet with tips on how to boost your visibility and the Digital Platform guidelines.
Additional tools and advertising options – such as push messages, highlighting in the exhibitor directory, use of automatica social media channels, company sessions, leads export, TrustedTargeting as well as logo and banner placements – can be booked with ease using our Easy Upgrade, Premium Upgrade and Professional Upgrade digital packages.
With our leads export functionality, you can decide for yourself when to qualify leads – during or after the trade fair. All platform visitors who have viewed your company profile, products, employee portraits or a sponsored session are considered leads. A lead becomes a contact as soon as a two-way interaction occurs.
You can book exhibitor presentations in the form of company sessions. You decide whether you want to have a live presentation, a panel discussion, or stream a pre-recorded video. Company sessions can be booked individually or as a part of digital upgrades. Only the latter includes an export functionality for session leads.
