Agile, compact and dynamic – presenting automatica sprint. The digital platform is a key component of automatica sprint. Not only does it provide a new industry showcase, but with its digital brand rooms it also offers exhibitors an individual platform they can use far beyond the in-person trade fair’s duration.
The congenial combination of in-person trade fair and digital platform enables automatica sprint to react to the course of the pandemic with great flexibility while also reaching new target groups around the world who cannot be directly on site. But above all, it provides its exhibitors with an additional opportunity to present their companies on the digital platform, which is not limited to the duration of the in-person trade fair. For you this means more presence, more interaction, more reporting, more leads.
The use of the digital platform requires registration for the in-person trade fair. In other words: Your registration includes both event formats by default. Payment of your online participation fee of EUR 1,150 is required to participate in the automatica sprint trade fair. Only then will you also get access to the automatica sprint digital platform.
If the in-person trade fair has to be cancelled, or if you cancel your participation due to the coronavirus pandemic, your participation in the digital platform will remain unaffected. A refund of the online participation fee is not possible.
The automatica sprint digital platform will be hosted in parallel to the in-person trade fair from June 22 to 24, 2021 – with a variety of interactive elements and program highlights such as the munich_i Summit. Your personal digital brand room is a key component of the digital platform. It will go online three weeks before the trade fair starts and remain available for at least six weeks after that – with an option to extend.
The digital brand rooms are the very heart of the automatica sprint digital platform – offering a contemporary alternative to virtual exhibition stands and traditional exhibitor catalog entries. This is where company profiles are posted, entries in the automatica product and industry sector directory are made and information on hall and stand numbers is published.
In addition, the online participation fee includes access to a chat function during the trade fair, reports on user activities and profile key figures, a social media booklet with tips on how to boost your visibility and the Digital Platform guidelines.
Additional tools and advertising options – such as digital meeting rooms with video chats, presentations on demand, use of automatica social media channels, TrustedTargeting with access to our visitor data as well as logo and banner placements – can be booked with ease using our Easy Update, Premium Upgrade and Professional Upgrade digital packages.
