Most Important Robotics Conference Worldwide Parallel to AUTOMATICA
The "ISR/ROBOTIK 2010" is taking place for the second time within the framework of AUTOMATICA. The participants at the conference, composed of the International Symposium on Robotics 2010 (ISR) and ROBOTIK 2010, will meet at the International Congress Center (ICM) on the grounds of the New Munich Trade Fair Centre 7 to 9 June 2010.
It will be a meeting of the "Who is Who" of the international robotics community from research and industry: on one hand, to share results related to actual practice, and on the other hand to show the world's greatest range of robotics offers and comprehensive automation solutions at the trade fair. The conference ticket is also valid for visiting AUTOMATICA.

Approximately 80 speakers and 200 participants from throughout the whole world expected
The speakers will present results and product novelties from the areas of service and industry robotics, components and accessories. The talks cover the areas of technological challenges and solutions, new trends and automation potential. During the symposium, participants have the chance to discuss with colleagues from research and development as well as to share ideas with experts from the robotics industry about automating their production. Conference organizer and sponsors

The International Symposium on Robotics (ISR), the most renowned international specialist conference for robotics, has been taking place in a different country of the world every year since 1970. The event is held under the auspices of the International Federation of Robotics (IFR).
ROBOTIK 2010 is the largest specialist conference for robotics in Germany. It takes place every two years, and its industry adviser and supporter is the German Society for Robotics (DGR).

DGR and VDMA Robotics + Automation, the two sponsors of the conferences, are collaborating in organizing the double conference. The holder of the event is the Information Technology Society (ITG) in the German Association for Electrical, Electronic and Information Technologies (VDE). The Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA), is in charge of managing the scientific aspects of the ISR conference, and DGR is responsible for management of ROBOTIK 2010.
